Agreement
By using whywedream.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who interacts with Why We Dream LLC.
Services
Why We Dream provides done-for-you marketing services including social media management, paid advertising, video production, website development, SEO, and Google Business management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your signed service agreement.
Payment terms
Services are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Late payments may result in a pause in services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
Contract term
All plans begin with a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, service continues month to month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Why We Dream may also terminate service with 30 days notice for any reason.
Ownership of work
Content created for your brand (photos, videos, copy, graphics) belongs to you upon full payment. Why We Dream retains the right to use your work as portfolio examples and in our own marketing unless you opt out in writing.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, and feedback needed to deliver your services. Delays caused by your business do not affect billing. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights.
No guarantee of results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, competition, budget, and market conditions. We commit to our best professional effort. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, revenue increases, or ranking positions.
Limitation of liability
Why We Dream is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah courts.
